The heart features openwork filigree — a scrolled, lacy outer border framing a leaf-and-vine center motif — with diamond-cut faceting along the edges that catches the light. Suspended from a ridged bail. The pendant back is stamped "925" with an "M" maker's mark; the box chain is marked "925 Italy" and finishes with a spring ring clasp.
